FAQs
Will my employer see my results?
No. Your health screening results are confidential, password protected, and will only be sent directly to your registered email within 5 working days. Your employer will not receive your individual medical results.
What is included in my basic screening? [EDIT THIS QUESTION PER COMPANY]
Your complimentary Basic Health Screening includes:
• Blood Pressure
• Height & Weight
• Total Cholesterol
• Diabetic profile(Fasting glucose)
If you’d like a more comprehensive screening, additional screening packages and add-ons are also available.
Do I need to fast?
Yes, fasting is required for at least 8 hours. Drinking plain water is allowed.
How long will it take?
Most screenings are completed within 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into your workday.
Does it hurt?
Some people experience only mild discomfort during the blood draw. Our experienced phlebotomists perform thousands of screenings each year and are trained to make the process as quick and comfortable as possible.
When will I receive my results?
Your results will be emailed directly to you within 5 working days. If you don’t see them, please check your spam or junk folder.
What do I do after I receive my results?
If you have questions after you receive your results, you may either consult our clinical partner at additional cost or your personal GP. Your results are yours to keep and discuss with the healthcare provider of your choice.

Who is eligible?
The Basic Health Screening is provided at no cost to full-time employees.
If you choose to upgrade to a more comprehensive screening package, additional charges will apply. Package prices are available under “View Screening Options”.
Do I have to pay?
The Basic Package is free of charge.
Prices vary for more comprehensive tests, such as cancer markers, kidney and liver profile, and more. To view packages, click “View Screening Options”. We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Union Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I reschedule my screening?
The basic free screening is not eligible for rescheduling
If you have registered for a paid screening and are unable to attend, we will reach out to you with instructions after the event to arrange for an appointment at our clinical partner.
What if I'm menstruating?
Please come in your your health screening, tests will be conducted as scheduled.
If you have selected any of the more comprehensive packages that require urine sample, you may submit your sample at our clinical partner 3 days after the last day of your period.
Urine test results in this case will be sent to you at a later date than your blood results.
I feel healthy. Do I still need a screening?
Yes. Many chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes can develop without obvious symptoms. Regular health screening helps detect potential issues early, when they are often easier to manage.
