Why Talks Matter

More Than a Talk - A Business
Performance Tool

Onsite Talks give your people knowledge that translates into healthier habits, better decisions, and stronger engagement at work. Whether it’s financial literacy, pain management, or mental wellness, the right topic can reduce stress, improve focus, and support retention.

The 2024 Wellness at Work Report by Employment Hero found that 61% of employees in Singapore are experiencing burnout.

The 2024 Johns Hopkins & Great Place To Work Singapore Report highlight that cultivating a culture of wellbeing leads to a stronger employee engagement and improved productivity.

How We Ensure Participation

A Corporate Health Talks That Employees Actually Show Up For

Many companies host wellness talks, but only a small fraction of employees attend, meaning most miss out on the benefit. In Singapore, 46% of employees report wellbeing issues in at least two areas (WTW, 2024)

At ESG, our Customer Success team partners with your Point of Contact to maximise attendance. From internal activation templates to onsite engagement strategies, we help you extend the impact of each talk beyond a handful of attendees.
